History
Hotel Gemmi is a family-run property located in Kandersteg. Originally dating back to the Belle Époque, the hotel was completely renovated in 2025. Situated just outside the village center in a quiet setting, it is an ideal starting point for a wide range of outdoor activities, thanks in particular to its proximity to the Sunnbüel cable car and the Gemmi Pass.
The property offers 9 comfortable double rooms and 10 apartment-style holiday units accommodating 2 to 5 guests. Each hotel room features a private balcony with views of the surrounding mountain landscape. The spacious garden with its mature trees invites guests to linger and delights the senses in every season.
